Who Is Eligible?
- You are a Canadian resident who filed taxes in the previous year
- You do not have access to dental insurance through an employer, student plan, or government program
- Your adjusted family net income is below $90,000 (partial coverage up to $90,000; full coverage below $70,000)
What Does CDCP Cover?
- Oral examinations and assessments
- X-rays (diagnostic imaging)
- Cleanings and scaling
- Fillings (amalgam and composite)
- Extractions
- Dentures (partial and complete)
- Emergency dental services
What Is NOT Covered?
CDCP does not cover cosmetic procedures, orthodontics, implants, or services beyond the defined benefit schedule. Co-payments may apply depending on income level.
